Does anyone think that he will sign before camp or will he hold out.

My call right now is that he will miss a day or two, but will be signed and on the field in time for the Monday practice. Hopefully, Morency and Mathis will sign by Friday. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I believe he will sign by Friday. There has been a logjam in signing the top few selections of the draft, until last night, when Alex Smith was supposedly signed by San Francisco. The salary structure of those drafted lower, especially in the first round, is driven by the salaries of those who are selected higher. Now that we have had a breakthrough at the top of the first round, I expect that we will see an avalanche of signings in the next three or four days.

I think he will be in the fold...and if not, it's not going to hurt much if he only misses the start. When Bruce Matthews held out of his first Oiler camp everyone on the team called him 'Moneybags'. He did pretty well his first year here.
