He might be...

Dee Ford: I'm better than Clowney

Quote:
"I'm better. Let's put it like this. People like to talk about size all the time. Size is pretty much overrated in my eyes," Ford said. "You can look at guys like Robert Mathis, Elvis Dumervil, Von Miller. These are 6-2 guys and under. People are just looking at the fact that he's a physical specimen. Honestly if you watch the film, he plays like a blind dog in a meat market basically.

"I play with a lot of technique. I watch a lot of film. These are the things I do and it shows up."

Ford also urged anyone that doubts him to "go watch the film."

I hope he manages to stay under the radar. I want him, hoping we can get him late. His yards after contact is unreal.

After this weekend , I would take Robinson or Watkins over any of the QBs . I would throw Matthews in there for his versatility on the OL .

I think he's right about shorter rushers getting leverage .

Hello UDFA.
5' 9", 174#, 8 reps on the bench (worst among RBs), 4.50 40, 32 inch vertical (among the worst), 124 inch broach jump (but this is good).

I feel sorry for that kid.

Never liked De'Anthony Thomas as a pro prospect. Best case scenario he was Dante Hall or Trindon Holliday. Worst case he left school early for no reason and has played his last football.

He's a special teams weapon only. On offense, he's either a WR who can't run routes or catch, or he's a RB who can only run fly sweeps.

He got injured and had his spot taken by a better player.

He wanted to be used differently than Oregon wanted to use him. I respect his toughness and desire but the writing was on the wall and he refused to try to be anything other than an inside the tackles runner.

As far as I know, he has never been considered as anything other than a RS - return specialist. It's just that this isn't a named position, so he's listed as a RB.

Quote:
According to Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune, former San Diego State running back Adam Muema has left the NFL scouting combine on Sunday due to religious reasons.

He believes if he does what God told him to do (leave the combine) he would realize his dream of playing for the Seattle Seawawks.

“Can’t go wrong with God,” Muema said. “(He) told me to sit down, be quiet, enjoy the peace.”
