Kubiak says we have to get better and not relax.. we could go backwards Kubiak not fired up about 8-8 (not satisfied and no excuses basically) but proud of the effort talks about FA... look after everything and look at money ... then look at draft (2 season) talks about GM Smith and how he is doing What does he feel most comfortable about in the Group is his response (mentality and direction we are going)
