To give everyone an idea of what is happening, we are upgrading our services to a new server with the hosting company, this will give us more space for a LOT more photos for everyone to view. However, the issue is waiting on the billing department to verify our account is up-to-date, but it seems they allow their entire billing department to take off the week between Christmas and New Years... they are supposed to be back in the office on the 2nd (I think it's really one person), so we hope to have things moved and up and running at full speed by tomorrow evening!

I am really getting tired of this hosting company.. EVERY time I call the tech support number, it is at least an hour wait before anyone answers... then the past few times I've called, the person I talk to is clearly a new person who doesn't quite know the process and procedures yet... and it's like pulling teeth to get any information from them.

Please hang on a little longer folks, I am really trying to get this resolved, just don't want to resort to my final solution just yet of going to a new host... there are a LOT of files that would have to be moved.
