Owen Daniels being dropped?

why has Owen Daniels been dropped by so many teams the past few days, I have him on most of my teams either as the starting or backup TE and I don't understand this - IMO he should be an integral member of the Texans offense and perhaps the best choice behind AJ and Green for points throughout the season, am I missing something?

People are ESPN puppets and they wouldn't know true talent if it slapped them across the face.

Keep Owen Daniels. I am starting him week 1 over Todd Heap in my league. He will have a big game.

I have OD on both of my fantasy teams. At my CBS Sportsline draft, I selected him in the fifth round and my fellow league members starting laughing (typing "lol"). They are mostly Cowboy fams living in Amarillo and San Antonio.

I grabbed him in the 14th. I was not going to because I had Winslow, but at the 14th round I consider him a steal

I honestly don't remember what round it was, but now that I think about it, it must have been eight, or so. He was my first TE taken.
