Most Frustrating Game Ever

1. Fumbles
Once again Davis's fumbles are killing us.
2. Conservative Offense
Started scoring once they started throwing downfield. Also, Why not try to throw for the endzone at the end of the 1st half, with 10-15 seconds left.
3. Special Teams
Moses had no room to run, except for 1 time, which was called back for a holding call.
99 yard kickoff return for TD by Detroit.
4. Defense
Played well most of the game, but gave up an 80 yard drive for a TD in the 4th quarter, when the game was on the line.
5. Referee's
Andre would have come down in bounds if not forced out.
Roughing the passer calls on both sides were B.S.

With all that being said, I am still behind them and look for a good showing against the 0-2 Chiefs.

Both Teams played too conservative the first half.

Maybe it tired out the defensives and was responsible for the pointfest of the second half.

Marcus, I definetly concur with you statement that a certain amount of culpability belongs with the players. I admit that I am sometimes puzzled by the play calling, BUT the fact of the matter is that if the ball hits you in hands CATCH IT, if you are running with the ball HOLD ON TO IT, if you're playing O-line REMEMBER THE SNAP COUNT, ect ect...

I think that we are seeing our potential as an offense starting to manifest and that it will take sometime for things to mature, I'm guessing by mid-season we will be living up to the play expectations that we on this board put on them for the last 7mo's. That being said the Defense has got to step up, on paper we have some good talent that has flat under-preformed aginst SD and Detroit.

All in all...I am disappointed but I'm not ready to go after Capers and Co with pichforks and torches at midnight.
