to have an open roster spot for Wes Welker?
my first choice is brown, but maybe Earl will need a mentor second: jj maybe Polk; I am sure that AZ would pick him up Wes would solidify the receiving and special teams corps (both coverage and return squads) If the crygirls grab him, this could be our curse hopefully he can wear 27 in battle red, liberty white and deep steel blue |

Isn't Wes Welker still with the Chargers? Even if he wasn't I wouldn't want to cut anyone for him.

i am not doubting jj, but someone's gotta go
did you watch any preseason (praise directv's name) nobody could stop Wes in HS, but he was too small for big XII nobody could stop Wes in big XII, but he was too small for the NFL nobody could stop Wes in the NFL, but he was too small for... I like jj just like I liked dotel, but pro sports and roster limitations call for some tough choices |

Given that jj outperformed him in their head to head matchup, I don't see the need for him.

Didn't Kris Brown stop Wes Welker? Albeit while suffering concussion.

I think Welker needs to brush up on his Canadian, eh?

He was cut by the Chargers today. I would sure pick him up and at least put him on the practice squad. He can play!

Or JJ--who does both KR and PR as opposed to just KR and does KR better--once again yaah sure. Polk--really, the rook is better than a proven special teams player? Might be a great pick-up on potential if teams had an open number of roster spots--not happening as it is.
