If a combine, which teddy, johnny, nor carr participatd in or a pro day drops a guy from 10 to 2nd rd,then he probably never was 10 anyway. Guys don't drop from 10 to 2nd rd based off pro days or combine. If so, matt ryan would've been in the 2nd rd as was cam newton who had an avg pro day.

Since you're a pro day guy, when was the last time the texans brought in their 1st rd pick for a visit? When you remember his name, let me know.
I'm not a Pro Day guy, you're the one doing all the labeling. I'm just the messenger and you keep shooting the messenger. I think the news that Teddy played at 185 lbs has been the worst news about him. The other news only compounds that fracture. It has been become clear that my signature definitely applies to you. You could be Prez of the Teddybots.

Default Re: Teddy Bridgewater

Every year we see all these things that talk about misdirection and trading down to get your guy, then misdirection happens and everyone falls for it.

This is hilarious to me. If TB goes 2nd round I'll admit I'm an idiot, but when he doesn't and he's drafted in the top 10 will yall?

That's the problem with message boards, no ownership. Everyone has an opinion and it's awesome to hear other peoples, sometimes I even learn a thing or two and it's great, but none of yall gentlemen ever own up to anything after the draft and after the season.

When I hated Merciless and banged the table for Alshon everyone called me an idiot, but now that I am correct all those people just throw their hands in the air in denial and try to sweep it under the rug.

I know if I am wrong I will admit as much, but will yall? I made my decision and began ranking players once the FOOTBALL games and FOOTBALL season ended, what's weird about my list, is that it hasn't changed a fraction as much as many of "the experts" and many of yall (lists likely stolen from "experts").

What are you doing bro? You're just saying foolish things to bait people into a fight now. If you really think TB falls to the 2nd because of a pro day call your shot, and when draft day happens, stand behind it.

Since you are an anti pro day guy, when was the last time a QB had a below average pro day and was drafted in the top ten?

sure, but you do know who is credible and who isn't over time. You don't need people to "own up" for that. Over the last decade I've come to know who to look for and listen to as well as some posters that just I gloss over.

I think it's worthy of its own thread if it's going to be a draft series like Gruden's QB Camp... imo.

Thanks for the reminder.

Not going to try to research all of them but the last time the Texans were at 1.1 they brought in Williams before drafting him - Link

I don't have to, to many folks already doing that. I am already on the record saying Teddy compares to Geno Smith, except Geno has a little stronger arm. That was long before Teddy's Combine and Pro Day. Nothing has changed, I still stand behind those comments.

Aside from skin color....break down that comparison for me, please.

Skin has nothing to do with it. Your comments not mine. In a nutshell, both are very similar in SIZE and Metrics. Both have very similar production in completion %, passing yards and QB rating.

GS 6023, 218 vs TB 6021, 214

I hear you Texian, it's sad that the physical measurables has been the issue for Geno in NY.

You asked so I responded. It's my opinion, clearly you don't agree. There is not anything I can say about Teddy that any Teddybot would find agreeable. Just the way it is.

Why is there now a tendency to paint anyone who doesn't agree as a mindless robot? I find that whole movement intellectually dishonest and distasteful.
