To be fair Schaub has only played 2 play off games, he's 1-1 in those. He was hurt the season before.

True but I don't see him as a "Put a team on his shoulders qb"

Schaub has taken the team on his shoulders a few times but more often than not, he's folded under pressure.

See... this is where you & I couldn't agree last season. Flacco played well. But he didn't put anyone on his shoulders. Stats are going to be stats, so don't recite them to me. Boldin played his butt off, Jacoby bailed Flacco out, & that goal line stop by your defense was huge.

If we get that kind of performance from our defense, our WRs, & hopefully Arian, we'll win a Super Bowl. Expecting Matt to win one, or Flacco for that matter, with no help from the defense, Special Teams, or his offensive play-makers is just unrealistic.

The game vs Denver in the playoffs was a good example of Joe and his play.

No QB literally wins a game by himself. Flacco won a game today by sacking up with only 1 pass catcher from last year and crapping run game- ST and Defensive pick 6 not withstanding.

But I will say this- maybe we should say "Doesn't fold under pressure and does his job" instead of "Puts a team on his shoulders"???

I can get behind that. His toughness is very impressive. That hit to the chin he took today... I thought that was going to help us more than it did.

Agreed then. No more PATOHS- Put A Team On His Shoulders.

yes that was impressive- Joe doesn't get a lot of those calls- he gets pretty beaten up in the pocket.
