My 2 problems with the Hopkins pick is 1. He had a prior concussion history and with God'ell that will probably shorten his career. 2. Stills, a 5th rd pick is a much better value than Hopkins in the 1st rd. Stills looks like a stud too me.

I had Stiils in a few of my mocks. He's as talented as any WR in that draft.
Probably OT for this thread but you were really beating the table for D. Rodgers too and the Bills cut him loose in the first wave.

Sounds like Rogers has a difficult time learning things.
I read that during camp, the QBs had to keep directing him to his spot.
If he doesn't know where he's supposed to line up, how does he know what route he's supposed to run?

I wonder what kind of drug(s) that be failed the test for when he got kicked off the team at Tenn?
Maybe it messed up his brain?

What a waste of talent.

I had serious doubt that the Texans would want to touch such a prospect.

Didn't he cut Mondek last year and put him on the PS for a while?

I'm telling you, Cordelle Patterson really looked good that night we played the Vikings so I dunno, did they draft the best WR on the Board back in April ?
Patterson is very dynamic with the ball in his hands.
His interview was worrisome though.

It was a deep class at WR.
So far, all the guys that were drafted (that we discussed in the college football and mock draft forums) are having good camps - except for a couple that has some sort of injury.)

We won't know their real value for a few more years, however.

They sure did.
He got cut on the 26th last year and was picked up by the Raiders
The Texans resigned him to the PS when the Raiders released him in October.

Why do people keep hoping we cut Keo? He was selected as special teams captain last year. The last thing you want to do is cut players who can fill in for your starters AND play special teams well enough to be voted captain.

Yes. Mondek was outplayed by Andrew Gardner, who has had a nice preseason.

DE David Hunter and WR Mike Smith have been waived/injured. If they clear, they revert to IR and injury settlement can then be reached.

Texans cut David Hunter and Michael Smith. Alec Lemon places on IR.

Alec Lemon was placed directly on IR, which means they didn't want to risk someone else picking him up. #Texans
