Brice McCain had his best day of camp today. Slowly returning to his 2011 form. #Texans

#Texans players realize that Cushing is important to this team. They do a good job of protecting him and making sure he stays off the ground

Herring also talked highly about Justin Tuggle and Willie Jefferson, has liked what they have brought early in camp. #Texans

Coach Herring likes what he sees in Joe Mays talked about his "quick twitch" that he has. #Texans

Talked to Alec Lemon attributed his good play of late to understanding the playbook and making the most of every chance he gets. #Texans

Yeah...I want to tone down my excitement for Hopkins. Through the entire draft process I wanted him to be a Texan but anytime we draft a player in the 1st round it's never the player I want. (I wanted Kyle Wilson over Kareem and it looks like I was wrong)

I cannot wait to see him on the field because by what i've read, everything we hear is LEGIT. He's going out and owning our 1st team CB's. They blanket him and he's still making the catch. I can't wait till Friday.

Sounds like Braman is having a pretty rough camp. Still seen as the answer to the LB issues? Don't think so. Hell of a special teams guy though.

Crick was such a stud at Nebraska, he's finally coming around after some injuries and I think he can really break out this year. Expecting big things from him.

I'm excited about all of the reps our young running backs are getting. After all the carries Arian got last year he needs a light camp. Tate just needs to be healthy, but we know what he can do once he is. The battle between these younger guys intrigues me.

Crick was such a stud at Nebraska, he's finally coming around after some injuries and I think he can really break out this year. Expecting big things from him.
"Finally"? That's kinda harsh, isn't it?

He was a rookie last year, coming off of injury. He played in the rotation and he did... OK. Nothing great but that wasn't unexpected. He should be better this year and hopefully, MUCH better.

"Finally" makes it sound like he's in his 3rd or 4th year and hasn't done anything.

Not sure if I've seen anyone call Braman the answer. I have seen people want to see him get some pass rush attempts. I know I do.

Uh, yeah. He was injured as a senior in college.

He was healthy last year and active for 15 out of 16 games. He's not "finally" not injured. His lack of production last year wasn't because he was injured, it was because he was a rookie playing behind JJ Watt, Antonio Smith, and Tim Jamison.
