I think Egnew is a bigger but less talented version of Travis Beckum, who has caught only 26 passes in three years for the Giants. I think his game and skills are very similar to where Beckum was coming out of college.

I think Fleener would of been wasted pick. At least with Schaub at QB.

I was very happy with the Mercilous pick. I honestly never considered him because I thought there was no was he fell to us. I think he will start next year and he has the ability to play really well. Now we just need someone in the middle that can either push the pocket back or get penetration up the middle.

I was one who had wished the Texans drafted Fleener but I wasn't disappointed about them getting Mercilus. I figured they wouldn't draft a TE that high anyway. This year I think is a deeper class of TE's and there are some taller ones (6'6"+) they can grab in the early and middle rounds that may turn out to be pretty good like Fauria and Kelce. With all the compensatory picks (maybe 4) the Texans should be able to get a good TE in the 3rd or 4th round at least.

I didn't want either one of those guys. I wanted zeitler and if I could do it over again that's still who I'd have chosen.

I like fleener and merci is ok I guess. But I just really like zeitler. I think he's going to be a great guard for years.
