Never have liked their convoluted grading system that makes players like Shawne Merriman look to be better than players like Osi, Freeney, Avril, Barwin, Geathers, etc. In fact, having a negative number in PFF grading system typically means you are a good player. Just sayin'

Where do you get that? Merriman isn't even on their list.

You might be interested in seeing the Interior Defenders list. Desmond Bryant is the top rated free agent, and Richard Seymour is listed as 4th. For the Texans, I'm kind of wondering what Seymour's pricetag would be and how he would do in as a DE in our 3-4. Could rotate him in with Watt and Antonio, and use him as a third DE on passing downs.

Merriman is on the list with a 1.2 rating.

As for Seymour, Raider fans are ready for him to move on. He was good at first, but now he seems to have lost the fire and has been battling injury. It is possible that all Seymour needs is another change of scenery.

Desmond Bryant isn't half bad and generally flies under the radar, but I can't imagine he is the best interior lineman FA available; I'll have to check out that list.
