Hey guys, congrats on the great run your team is having this season. I have to say, Texans fans were the best group of visiting fans I have ever had at my party. Still holding out hope that my Jets can put it together with a weak schedule remaining and squeek into the playoffs. It's a longshot though for sure.

Anyway, I know how Texans fans are with tailgating, so i thought you guys might appreciate a tailgate recipe. This is my first crack at doing a cooking demonstration, next time i need to script it a little bit.
