Larry Seely is the author of that article, and at the bottom of the article is more speculative, Larry Seely-based Madden video game-type trade scenarios he's posted.

I'm pretty sure that's just random NFL fan making up trades in his mind.

Here's the big tip-off:

1.) It would not be a character-driven move for the Texans. We don't need his headaches, his inability to take care of himself without the need of a sitter 24/7, and it would mean shipping off one of our own guys right in the middle of a 6-1 record. Kubiak, nor Rick Smith, nor McNair would ever dream of doing that to the roster. It's flawed.

2.) He drops passes. He's got hands of stone. Why would we want HIM when we just got rid of Jacoby Jones for having done the same thing?

Thanks for making me post all of this out, btw. Now make sure you don't bring any of those types of articles here unless it's by Schefter, Mort, Canfora, hell even Norg would have been better than Larry Seely.
