I also saw Victor Riley in street clothes. Not sure if he's injured or if it takes this coaching staff 2 months to see the obvious. Im guessing the latter.

They finally put Wand back in the game, and look what happens - they win!
 Now if they'll put him on the starting lineup, they might actually beat a real team and look good at the same time...
