Rams -- Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech: St. Louis went defense in the first round (DT Michael Brockers) but starts investing the first of its three Round 2 picks in a size-speed talent who provides QB Sam Bradford with a needed deep threat ... one that also provides breathing room to RB Steven Jackson. Hill needs polish, but he seems to both fill a glaring need while filling the "best player available" criterion.

34. Colts -- Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford: With Dallas Clark and Jacob Tamme gone, Indy needs a pass-catching tight end. Who better than the guy QB Andrew Luck relied on at Stanford for the past three years?

35. Ravens (from Vikings) -- Courtney Upshaw, OLB/DE, Alabama: Ravens GM and 'Bama alum Ozzie Newsome snaps up free-falling Upshaw, who can clearly play even if he is a bit of a 'tweener at 6-2, 272 pounds. The pick also works after Baltimore let OLB Jarret Johnson walk.

36. Broncos (from Buccaneers) -- Jerel Worthy, DT, Michigan State: They ignored this apparent need in the 2011 draft, and who can argue with their pick of OLB Von Miller? But after losing DT Brodrick Bunkley to the Saints and opting not to re-sign Marcus Thomas to this point, can they afford to wait any longer?

37. Browns -- Jonathan Martin, T, Stanford: Cleveland spent Thursday upgrading its offense, so may as well stick with that theme given the gaping hole on the right side of the line.

38. Jaguars -- Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin: Plug in the brainy Badger at one of the guard spots then let him take over for 35-year-old C Brad Meester, whose contract is up after the 2012 season.

39. Rams (from Redskins) -- Cordy Glenn, G/T, Georgia: Massive (6-6, 345 pounds) "Dancing Bear" type can move into the open left guard job and might later kick outside if either Rodger Saffold or Jason Smith falters at tackle.

40. Panthers -- Kendall Reyes, DT, Connecticut: Versatile, high energy, high character type seems ideal for a soft Carolina front.

41. Bills -- Mike Adams, T, Ohio State: Provided his focus doesn't waver, he's got the ability to lock down left tackle post that's been problematic since Buffalo traded Jason Peters.

42. Dolphins -- Andre Branch, DE, Clemson: Miami needs to get someone other than Cameron Wake who can flatten quarterbacks.

43. Seahawks -- Amini Silatolu, G, Midwestern State: As if any of us knows what GM John Schneider has up his sleeve ... but this promising gem could take over for departed Robert Gallery. And Schneider's devotion to building in the trenches paid off when the blocking coalesced late last season to springboard RB Marshawn Lynch to stardom.

44. Chiefs -- Kirk Cousins, QB, Michigan State: Scores well in tangibles and intangibles departments even if his play with the Spartans wasn't always effervescent. Still, he could be a long-term project worth nurturing.

45. Rams (from Cowboys) -- LaMichael James, RB, Oregon: Their fourth pick in the Top 45 nets the Ducks' version of Darren Sproles. He's the perfect change-of-pace/third-down option behind still steady S-Jax.

46. Eagles -- Josh Robinson, CB, Central Florida: No Asante Samuel? No problem. The value Robinson provides as a potential nickelback exceeds any of the remaining safety prospects at this spot.

47. Jets -- Rueben Randle, WR, LSU: Pretty big (6-3, 210 pounds), pretty fast (4.55 speed), pretty good blocker. Sounds like the perfect guy to complement Santonio Holmes the way Braylon Edwards once did.

48. Patriots (from Raiders) -- Devon Still, DT, Penn State: Once presumed to be a first rounder, he shouldn't fall past this point. At 6-5, 303 pounds, he should be able to play inside when New England goes with 4-3 looks and be a five-technique end in the 3-4.

49. Chargers -- Brandon Thompson, DT, Clemson: Could be the heir to Jamal Williams on the nose with a little luck.

50. Bears -- Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina: Gives QB Jay Cutler another big target ... though hopefully not too big given Jeffery's fluctuating weight.

51. Eagles (from Cardinals) -- Chris Polk, RB, Washington: After a prolific career with Huskies, he could be the between-the-tackles bruiser Philadelphia has been seeking while helping keep LeSean McCoy's legs fresh.

52. Titans -- Vinny Curry, DE, Marshall: Tennessee's still waiting for DE Derrick Morgan to blossom. Adding Curry to a mix that also includes Kamerion Wimbley ensures the Titans should get more push on the pocket.

53. Bengals -- Lavonte David, OLB, Nebraska: They just gave up on Keith Rivers, but why not give underrated defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer the chance to integrate another outstanding athlete into his scheme?

54. Lions -- Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama: Detroit has suffered some embarrassing off-field mishaps this offseason, and Jenkins' checkered past is the only reason he didn't go in the top half of the first round. But he may be too good to pass on here, especially given the opening created by Eric Wright's move to Tampa.

55. Falcons -- Dwayne Allen, TE, Clemson: He could be the best all-around tight end in this draft. And Tony Gonzalez can't play forever ... right?

56. Steelers -- Alameda Ta'amu, NT, Washington: Pittsburgh often gives its defensive linemen a year to basically redshirt in Dick LeBeau's defense. Ta'amu would need that time for professional seasoning, but he could also be the perfect replacement for Casey Hampton in 2013.

57. Broncos -- Trumaine Johnson, CB, Montana: With LB D.J. Williams facing a six-game suspension, Denver may need bodies at backer. But we say they continue reloading at corner with a promising talent given Champ Bailey is entering his 14th season.

58. Texans -- Bobby Massie, T, Mississippi: Bona fide right tackle who's been battle-tested in the SEC. Houston jettisoned the right side of its O-line in recent weeks, so this could be the classic need-meets-value selection.

59. Saints (Vacated)

60. Packers -- Jared Crick, DE, Nebraska: Injuries ruined his senior year with the Huskers, but GM Ted Thompson could use an All-American talent at what's become a problem spot since Cullen Jenkins walked and Mike Neal proved unreliable.

61. Ravens -- Brock Osweiler, QB, Arizona State: At 6-7, 242 pounds, he's built a lot like Joe Flacco and would get the needed time sitting behind him to refine his promising talent. Assuming Flacco eventually gets his extension, Osweiler could morph from steady backup to trade chip down the road.

62. 49ers -- Kelechi Osemele, OL, Iowa State: Stout run blocker looks like he'll play inside at the pro level, and that works perfectly for the Niners, who opted not to fill their hole at right guard in Round 1.

63. Patriots -- Robert Turbin, RB, Utah State: Given the family tragedies he's overcome, let's hope he gets off the board prior to Round 3. If that's not enough, the WAC offensive player of the year also boasts a get-out-of-my-way physique (5-10, 222 pounds) coupled with surprising burst. He could serve as the battering ram New England seems to lack after losing BenJarvus Green-Ellis.

64. Giants -- Derek Wolfe, DT, Cincinnati: Since when do the Giants pass up on athletic, penetrating D-linemen? Wolfe can work his way into a rotation now minus Dave Tollefson.

33. St. Louis Rams: Cordy Glenn, Georgia, G/OT: Jeff Fisher would love to rebuild the Rams' offensive with big, athletic blockers with position flexibility. Glenn certainly fits the bill.

34. Indianapolis Colts: Coby Fleener, Stanford, TE: Colts are excited to pick up Andrew Luck's favorite target at the top of the round.

35. Baltimore Ravens: Jonathan Martin, Stanford, OT: Ozzie Newsome should tab Martin as the eventual successor to Bryant McKinnie at left tackle despite concerns regarding the Stanford tackle's temperament and effort.

36. Denver Broncos: Jerel Worthy, Michigan State, DT: John Fox wants to beef up the Broncos' frontline with more athletic big bodies in the middle.

37. Cleveland Browns: Rueben Randle, LSU, WR: Mike Holmgren continues to remake the Browns' offense by adding a polished pass catcher with outstanding size, speed and ball skills.

38. Jacksonville Jaguars: Andre Branch, Clemson, DE: The Jaguars' pass rush desperately needs an explosive edge rusher like Branch in the rotation.

39. St. Louis Rams: Stephen Hill, Georgia Tech, WR: Sam Bradford would welcome a big, athletic target like Hill to feature in the passing game.

40. Carolina Panthers: Alshon Jeffery, South Carolina, WR: The Panthers need to surround Cam Newton with a host of dynamic weapons in the passing game. Jeffery's size and athleticism make him a tough guard, particularly in the red zone.

41. Buffalo Bills: Mike Adams, Ohio State, OT: Buddy Nix is not content with the Bills' offensive tackle situation, so taking a flier on the talented Adams is a sensible selection at this point.

42. Miami Dolphins: Bobby Massie, Ole Miss: With Marc Colombo officially retired, the Dolphins could use a physical right tackle to shore up offensive line.

43. Seattle Seahawks: Zach Brown, North Carolina, LB: Pete Carroll wants to improve the speed and athleticism of Seahawks' linebacker corps. Brown's extraordinary explosiveness makes him a perfect fit.

44. Kansas City Chiefs: Mychal Kendricks, Cal, ILB: The Chiefs have knocked their recent drafts out of the park by consistently selecting tough, productive players like Kendricks in early rounds.

45. St. Louis Rams: Lamar Miller, Miami, RB: Steven Jackson is starting to slow down, so the time is right to add an explosive complementary runner to shoulder some of the offensive load.

46. Philadelphia Eagles: Lavonte David, Nebraska, OLB: Andy Reid is intent on rebuilding his defense with athletic playmakers with instincts and awareness.

47. New York Jets: Courtney Upshaw, Alabama, OLB: The Jets' defense has taken a step back without an established pass rusher to press the pocket off the edge. Upshaw isn't explosive but is a gritty competitor with a knack for getting to the quarterback.

48. New England Patriots: Trumaine Johnson, Montana, CB: The Patriots' secondary needs a facelift after surrendering numerous big plays in 2011. Johnson is a big, physical corner with excellent movement skills who could be a potential starter.

49. San Diego Chargers: Peter Konz, Wisconsin, G/C: The recent retirement of Kris Dielman and declining performance of Nick Hardwick makes it imperative for the Chargers to add a fundamentally sound player on the interior.

50. Chicago Bears: Janoris Jenkins, North Alabama, CB: If GM Phil Emery can find a comfort level with Jenkins' off-field issues, the selection of Jenkins would significantly upgrade the talent in the secondary.

51. Philadelphia Eagles: Bernard Pierce, Temple, RB: LeSean McCoy is an outstanding playmaker, but the Eagles need to add a big, physical runner to the rotation to handle some of the dirty work between the tackles.

52. Tennessee Titans: Devon Still, Penn State, DT: The Titans lost Jason Jones in free agency, so the team needs to find an imposing interior defender with size and strength.

53. Cincinnati Bengals: Vinny Curry, Marshall, DE: Marvin Lewis would love to add a hard-working edge player with rush skills. Curry is an underrated disruptive force as a pass rusher, and his presence would certainly bolster the Bengals' rush efforts.

54. Detroit Lions: Kelechi Osemele, Iowa State, G: Martin Mayhew might continue his efforts to upgrade the pass protection around Matthew Stafford with the addition of Osemele.

55. Atlanta Falcons: Dwayne Allen, Clemson, TE: It is time for the Falcons to find an eventual replacement for Tony Gonzalez.

56. Pittsburgh Steelers: Brandon Thompson, Clemson, NT: Casey Hampton is nearing the end of his career, so it is time for the Steelers to find a possible successor at nose tackle. Thompson isn't ideally suited to play the position at this time, but he has the frame to grow into the role within a year.

57. Denver Broncos: Brock Osweiler, Arizona State, QB: Osweiler is not a finished product at this point, but he could develop into a franchise-caliber quarterback after serving an apprenticeship behind Peyton Manning for a few years.

58. Houston Texans: Tommy Streeter, Miami, WR: The Texans' receiving corps needs a legitimate vertical threat to alleviate some of the pressure on Andre Johnson. Streeter possesses the size and athleticism to create mismatches against one-on-one coverage.

59. Green Bay Packers: Kendall Reyes, Connecticut, DT: Reyes is the ideal five-technique to line up beside Clay Matthews in the Packers' 3-4. He possesses the length to win against power players, but also flashes enough first-step quickness to press the pocket off the edge.

60. Baltimore Ravens: Janzen Jackson, McNeese State, S: Ed Reed's illustrious career is coming to a close, so Ozzie Newsome will look to long and hard at Jackson as a possible replacement.

61. San Francisco 49ers: Amini Silatolu, Midwestern State, G: Silatolu could become an immediate starter for the 49ers if Trent Baalke makes the move at this point. Silatolu is still raw and unrefined in several aspects of his game but would be a nice value pick for the 49ers in the second round.

62. New England Patriots: Josh Robinson, Central Florida, CB: The Patriots have already addressed this need with a previous pick, but Robinson's combination of speed and quickness makes him an intriguing option at this point.

63. New York Giants: Jamell Fleming, Oklahoma, CB: The Giants are loaded at cornerback, but Fleming brings size, length and exceptional instincts to the table.

I'd be thrilled by this, Massie would be great value at #58.
