Bears pickup CB we cut

There's been questions on work ethic and attitude following Kelly around so it may not just be a talent thing with him...

Well also the Bears are in a tough spot. The lost their starting CB Azumah for a few months, and they are probably pretty familar with Kelly after facing him with the Vikings twice a year for the past few years. Kelly will still probably play Nickle for the Bears or possibly Dime, and McQuarters will play the opposite starting corner along with Tillman.
