Yes great post fire them all, Charlie first, his half sideways glasses on channel 13 licking the salt off the wounds needs to be fired. He always states we need to play better, need to execute, whatever he need's the boot. He can go lick the wounds somewhere else.

Yes I liked Wright a lot. Him coming over here as the nickel was the perfect spot after being a starter for the Vikes. What gets me is that I presumed we let him go because of his injury and was a casualty because of that. But then that didn't make sense because there are several guys on our team that were like that (Joppru, Hollings, Payne, Walker etc...) We are really missing 2 solid guys on our defensive coverage, Glenn and Wright. Faggins couldn't beat out Wright and now he's starting. Nice. I would have loved for Casserly to have had Buchanon as the replacement for Wright, but then that blew up in his face. Very nice...again.

We had an up and coming team then we decide to let go of veteran players, get no impact Free Agents and our draft was not good. That is where we messed up. We had the opportunity to pick up a few players in the off season and draft impact players that start. Instead we are looking to find ourselves again with all the positional changes on defense and our offense was not upgraded.

I'm curious about CC . I'm not sure when he took over for Bobby Beathard ... but it was in the 90's . A Beathard led Chargers team went to the 95 Super Bowl .

Wand and BJ were Capers requests based on his Senior Bowl analysis. Hollings was also a Capers request. He wanted his vaunted running game which has never materialized because of a lack of an O-line.

Casserly is as much a victum as anyone else in this debacle...........

Count me in. I'm now in two clubs. I can't keep up with this. Is their a club organizer for sale on Ebay or something? Since I am running for Treasurer in my other club, I will let someone else have that. Is the Hair Club for men still open? I want to not only be a member, but also the President.

Well, here is a pic I found of our new "Master at Arms" Porky handing out some much needed discipline over at the "Fire Capers Club". If he handles his duties as Treasurer with half the dedication and enthusiasm that he's shown in his old job then I'm sure he'll be a big success.

I've seen more negative things with Casserly than I have Capers. To put it in perspective, some people think that Casserly ran a good ship in Washington. Well Jimmy Johnson ran a good ship in Dallas, didn't do so well in Miami. Casserly isn't doing so well here.

Beathard was GM in Washington from 1978 to 1989. During that time the 'Skins played in four Super Bowls and won three. The Casserly Super Bowl there was the 1991 season.

Their Pro Bowlers in '91 were Mark Schlereth, Earnest Byner, Gary Clark, Darrel Green, Jim Lachey, Charles Mann, and Mark RYpien, all of whom were there in Beathard's last year in '89.
