At some point, the Rackers haters will admit they're wrong and eat crow, or you can continue to make up your own stats against hard evidence....your choice.

I think this is less of a "Rackers haters" situation and more of a "Bad thread idea" situation.

Poor Texans, they're saddled with such a HUGE hole at FG Kicker that we need a thread to discuss ways for him to screw up our dream season.

I don't even know how a few people on here have been able to defend the thread and it's position/stance on Rackers. Some of you want to discuss a bad FG Kicker situation? Start a thread about the YEARS AND YEARS of poor FG Kickers the Cowboys have had, and how their FG Kicker has cost them game upon game.

I can't even remember, off hand, the last time Neil Rackers cost the Texans a football game. Don't anybody look it up, just tell me (from memory) a game in the past two years where he blew it royally.

Well, his miss against Oakland kiiiiinda sooooooorta hurt us.

If I recall correctly, it was like 40 or 42 yards, and would have made us not have to go for a TD later or something.

But it didn't directly "cost" us at all. Closest I can remember.

But I'm not sure that matters. Over the last few weeks he's been shaky. It's not terror, it just makes us uneasy because of what we had to go through with Kris Brown's meltdown in 2009.

I would credit the team with not putting him into a position where he has to win the game. At some point he will have to win a game for us, hopefully its within 39 yards or 50 plus.

He statistically was always fine, but to our eyes, he made us nervous. To our EYES he made us nervous, this is the same thing with Rackers. To our eyes, watching him, he makes us nervous.......
