Come on Steve .... This team holds the #1 seed in the AFC with a 3rd string QB playing the last three games .... all W's and we're talkin about a coaching change ?!

Sure Wades D has had a hell of an impact on the final outcome but dont think for a minute that they are in this position without Kubiak and Greg Knapp molding that 5th round rookie into a servicable NFL QB in a very tight window.

What are you guys talking about? I never suggested Wade replacing Gary. I suggested Phillips could go elsewhere to be a head coach. Read the original thread.

Other thread posted recently and a week after mine suggest there is a concern.

A source told ESPN.com senior NFL writer John Clayton that Phillips' deal is worth $2.1 million over three years. The contract makes Phillips the highest-paid defensive coordinator in the NFL.
