It's been a while but I sent a couple basketball cards in to the Spurs back in 90 and got Rod Strickland, David Robinson, and Sean Elliott's autographs.

Back in the 80's, maybe 1985. My late father was a big Russ Francis fan. When he was on the 49ers, I asked for a autograph photo of him signed by him personalized to my dad for his birthday. I enclosed a prepaid envelope. He didn't use my envelope because he sent a 8x10. My father was so happy, and framed it the next day.

back when i was about 10 or so, i used to love kurt warner. I mailed him my favorite card of mine of him that i had along with a story, and a couple months later i got the card back, autographed and a letter with it. it was awesome.
