We had an 'incident' at a BW3's when I still lived in Ohio (2002 season).

Long story short - they would never turn the Texans on because it was 'corporate policy' that once a game starts they do not change the channel on a TV.

So we got there early to always make sure that we got the game on.

One week, I think Jax/Hou and it was tied up at half time. A drunk off duty manager, who let us know he was a manager, turned on a hockey game instead. I asked the on duty manager to correct the issue and to follow 'corporate policy.' The off duty manager, who kept mentioning he was a manager was a complete dick. We asked for his name and which store he worked at, and he told us it was 'none of our business.'

We then had to deal with some hockey fans sitting near us who kept yelling, chanting and screaming at us that we should want to watch Ohio teams. The on duty manager did nothing to quit them and the off duty manager spurred them on.

We got nothing comped despite calmly expressing our displeasure to the on duty manager.

Sent letters to corporate and never heard back.

thats crazy. luckily i go to bdubs right by my house in sandusky so i know everyone and everyone knows me haha, my friend and i go there every week for games so they make sure to put texans on for me before i even get there haha.
