I was wondering when i would get a response, and to answer the question about the bears bengal fans have been trying to post on thier boards all week but no one seems to get any aproval from the mods. As a previous bungals fan and a current Bengals fan I hope you situation never gets to be where ours once was. I just wanted to gets some playfull bantering cause quit frankly im sick of hearing BENGALS SUXX on our boards from the bears fans.

Wow such venom i had thought i finally found a board without ignorance. Dont think i have forgotten the past 15 years to be correct. But since Mike Brown has handed control down the Katie ( his daughter) the team has made huge strides in the area's of Hireing Marvin (In marvin we trust) Lewis, not to mention hireing real scouts which we did not have in the 90's, which brought us draft pics Like Carson who looks to be a little ahead of carr, Rudi so far seems to of outplayed Davis, not to mention our rookie middle linbacker Odell looks like a baby ray lewis (14 takles 1 int and 2 FF in two games) and i really dont feel the need to even compare our recieving core.
Besides we may have been losing but we did have a team in the 90's.

Dude, the Bengals punked us in year 1, with something like a 38-3 whooping. Man, that was ugly.

Actually, Marvin Lewis is a class act and I've got a lot of respect for him. I really hope he turns your franchise around. I read recently that the Bengals have never had back-to-back winning seasons, even after going to the Superbowl.

But don't be surprised by the Texans team that you may see on 10/09. There is a possibility that the loser team from the past two weeks are whipped into shape by fire and brimstone. Not predicting anything, but if the past 48 hours doesn't change the attitude of the Texans, nothing will.

Well being the cincinnatikid, i am naturally a huge bengals fan, and unfortunately for the texans fans who year after year think the texans will destroy the lowly bengals, this year will be just like the other meetings. My boy Peek is hopefully going to get some things done now that he hopefully wont be the only person being double teamed. Hopefully the DBs can play a bit of man and cover people instead of sitting in a zone that QBs pick apart. However, number 8 better watch out for number 51 of the Bengals running straight up the middle and clocking him. Thurman for teh bengals will be defensive rookie of the year.

You are a little early, but thanks for taking my mind off the Steelers game. The Bengals have improved quite a bit in the couple seasons. Good luck against the Bears this week. I have an obnoxious Bear fan for a friend. I would love nothing more than to see the Bears lose this week. Anyway I have a wild-card race to watch. See you next week.

The Bengals have a losing record against EVERY former team in the AFC Central. Congrats.

As a Texans fan, I take solice in knowing that we may have a losing record but at least when our team suits up we don't look like the circus has come to town.
