They come a week before the event.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU MOVE considering you order them a year before they ship.... I updated my Ticketmaster billing address on their website. This did NOT change the billing address associated with my order. I had to call them and got transferred several times and was on the phone a long time before someone claimed they could make sure the tickets got shipped to my current address and not the previous. Kinda' a joke, but what customer service is not these days?

Ticketmaster now says they have been printed and mailed. They have a link to track the tickets - but no numbers to make that possible. Sigh. I guess this is one of those have faith kinds of things.
