Players not on the published list,
WRs Riley Cooper of Florida interior offensive linemen Sergio Render of Virginia Tech Thomas Austin of Clemson Texas Tech DE Brandon Sharpe Oklahoma DT DeMarcus Granger LBs Joe Pawelek of Baylor, Rico McCoy of Tennessee Western Illinois CB Patrick Stoudamire. Who isn’t on the list matters to the extent that while some players not invited to the combine will ultimately be drafted, the combine is a pretty good indicator who the NFL thinks the top 250-300 prospects are. Of course, many of the underclassmen who have applied to enter the 2010 draft will also be added to the list in the coming weeks and it is still possible that other seniors could also be added between now and the end of February. Im just blown away that Render wasnt invited. Guess thats why sittin on a couch typing this stuff on a message board and not getting paid for it.

I think we should take a good look at Marcus Easley out of UCONN if he slips into the later rounds, though I think he could be a real riser in a fairly weak WR class. Good size at 6'2 215, runs around a 4.4, has pretty good hands and is excellent after the catch because he is very physical and quick.

No one from UH? You'd think it'd turn into a hotbead after Kolb, Avery, and Vollmer. Not even the punter?
