I heard it's supposed to be windy in Jax on Sunday. That means the Texans need to prepare for crowd noise because those tarps get really loud when they are flapping in the wind.

I don't know about that..Raiders have had worst attendence this year. The Jags, currently have the 3rd least attended games this season. There are attendence issues all over the NFL this year.
