I think "This birds for you, Bud" is rather funny. It references a Budweiser commercial, wraps up his actions and the way we feel about him all in one.

How about:

"Warning: It's Bird Hunting Season in Texas"
(I believe it's currently duck & geese season right now)

Or you could do a picture of elmer fud and say "We're hunting birds"

Or how about...."Hey Bud - Pull my finger"

or "Hey Bud - You're number 2"

or "Two birds in the hand = $250K"

Before I get out of here I will throw an honest to goodness suggestion out for public improvement. People are always getting on TV because they have a sign highlighting the host station's call letters, in this case ESPN. I know getting on the tube might or might not be a concern here, but........

I'm trying to think of something good but I've got nothing. Just a little food for thought.

Years ago MNF was in Tampa. Someone had a huge sign with Howard Cosell's face on it and something nice written (I forget)

As soon as they knew they were on tv the sheet with the niceness dropped and it said "Howie Sucks" on it. The booth went silent.

If somehow you could pull that off..

Something like "Thanks Bud" that drops to the bird?

I gave up on the ESPN sign b/c well, no good ideas - and believe it or not, I'm not going to force a sign just to try to get on TV.

I may go with:

Hey Bud:

This bird's

*picture of a live turkey*

for you!

Budweiser slogan, the holiday season, AND how we feel

(Showtime, I do like your sign suggestion for ESPN, lol)
