The Texans have also NEVER won a road game played indoors (0-11). I believe the roof will be closed at UofP.
Unless the offense is sloppy, I just don't see us losing this game. I predict we win something like 30-20. I think our front 7 will dominate theirs, other than a couple draw plays and maybe a screen pass or two. I expect a few big plays by the WRs but generally, I think the running game will be shutdown and Kurt Warner will be under enough pressure that we force some 3 and outs, a couple turnovers, and they struggle to stay in sync.

Offensively, I think we have over 100 yds rushing. I expect a few big plays as well and I think play action will be very effective. I just don't see them stopping us regularly. My biggest concern will be the defense's ability to turn us over and make a defensive score. If we are smart with the ball and are effective running it, I see over 400 yards and around 30 points. The Texans are simply a better team. yep, that's right!

Yeah and we also never won a game in Tennessee since the game u referred to(until this year).

Normally we are very good at home over the past 2 seasons we only lost 2 at home(until this year) Where we have 2 losses at home already.

We also in our history have played the Cards once....We are 1-0 with a 30-19 win...

This is also our first 2-2 start I believe.... None of those stats really matter as we are already going against the grain...

My head is saying we'll win this. My heart is saying that we'll blow it big style again.

I'm optimistically pessimistic.

Damn Texans.

Yes, I'm well aware of the stats being meaningless, but they are what they are. Doesn't mean anything Sunday, or this season for that matter. And after Sunday, that game will be another stat.

WHOAAAAAA!!!!!! Do they put that together for every game? Interesting stuff.

Most telling stat there that jumped out at me, since '06 the Texans are 0-19 when they run less than 25 times a game.

One detailed take from the Sports Network. I've included their summary below:

Quote:
OVERALL ANALYSIS

In the preseason, Cardinals safety Adrian Wilson discussed his team's apparent lethargy, commenting that Arizona seemed to lack the fire that had carried then through the 2008 postseason. It would appear through three games that Wilson's comments were dead-on, though there is ample reason for the Cardinals to awake from their slumber, beginning with this week. With a home loss to the 49ers already hanging around their necks, Arizona can ill-afford to fall yet another game behind San Francisco in the NFC West standings, and should be focused in trying to avoid an 0-3 home start on Sunday. Their opponent, the Texans, looked good in their only road appearance of the year, in Week 2 against Tennessee, but this patchwork defense is going to have a very difficult time withstanding the aerial assault coming from Warner and company on the other side of the ball. In the end, look for big plays to be the difference in this one, as the Cardinals simply make more of them than their visiting counterpart.

The Texans are out to prove that they are a better than mediocre team.

The Cardinals are out to prove that last year was not a fluke.

If there's justice, the good guys should win.
