Collins is 1-3 against us. We beat him when he was in New York in 2002, we beat him when he was with the Raiders in 2004. We split with him last season winning the second game. In those losses he's thrown 6 interceptions.

Generally you guys keep him upright and untouched which makes him reliable if unspectacular but make no mistake, Kerry Collins hasn't had a lot of success against the Texans. If you can knock the smell of cheap bourbon off of Collins a couple of times in a game it's not hard to get inside his head and get him started making mistakes.

Wasn't Collins the QB when Sage had that crazy comeback game at Reliant the year before last? The Titans blew that big 4th QTR lead to Sage however Collins got the Titans close enough in the last seconds for Biranus to kick the winning field goal. I thought that was Collins, I know it wasn't Vince.

Yes it was. He threw no picks that day but neither did he complete a touchdown pass. That was the Rob Bironas show. Still Collins was solid that day which is what I was talking about when it comes to the Titans keeping him clean. As long as he isn't being pounded on he's like that and the Titans have been pretty good about not putting too much on his shoulders and protecting him like he was as fragile as Vince's ego.

Ummm not as a Titan. While Collins has been on the team the Titans are 5-1 against the cattle.

He also has the dubious distinction of having twice given up quadfectas to Texans ILBs - sack, forced fumble, fumble recovery and TD. Once to Sharper as a Raider and once to DeMeco as a Titan. Both right in front of our seats.
