There are still some top ranked long snappers on the board. Don't risk letting another team get them

Hmm well I guess it's a good thing I took a Tackle #2 instead of Aaron Curry seeing as how the Rams released Orlando Pace today.
As for the Texans though I am eagerly awaiting the pick so that I can let Shaft know how much I dislike it lol.

With the 93rd pick, the Titans select QB Vince Young again because we figured we still needed a backup QB, one to groom for the future and since this is where we should've selected him to begin with....
Wait, is it the 3rd round yet? |

I think he is going to turn out like Darnell Bing. Great athlete. Dumb as a rock.

Well I still have a 2nd round pick to throw away!!!
We've got this new thing cooking up here in F-your-sister-land...no, no, no, it's not a new type of meth-amphetamine, it's called the "Double Wildcat" Pat White will run it with Fast or Lunch at RB, VY is going to get as close to the field as he can and do his best kitty-cat impersonation for 3.9 quarters and then we'll put Vince in to hold on to the lead at the end so it looks like he won the game for all the people just flipping through channels. |

The next pick to hate will be the 49ers ...... The GM is just not sure of direction.

Lol...honestly had I know they would sign Tra Thomas my pick wouldv'e been different. Oher, comming from humble backgrounds, has the heart and watching him during interviews he leaves you with an impression that he is a team-guy and not a "its all about me" type of person. Not to mention, he has a nasty demeanor for playing hard play-after-play. He has a lot of work to do and if the Jags do take him, he can learn a lot from Tra Thomas. However, Mario Williams well still find a way to school the guy. Just wish it was Andre Smith instead of Oher. I would pay a million bucks to see Smith clueles and Mario would just "walk past him" and sack the QB. Answer: "yes I have...in the QBs face!" |

Everyone hates my pick. You guys are gonna be all like why are you taking a kicker? And I'll be like mind your own business, I control the Texans draft and if I want to Casserly it all up, I will.

Sorry this took so long guys I had work and HW for class. Got two tests this week and a paper due. Took time out to do some good research for this team. On the Raiders fanboard they seem like Khalif Barnes will sign with them or now that Pace is on the market makes me think i went well with taking DT Raji even if they have a lot tied up on the DL.
There's a few directions I could've gone with this pick especially after Jake Grove was released. Problem I keep running into is they have NO ONE outside of Javon Walker and he hasn't seen the field a lot. They also released Ronald Curry signaling to me they are goingto overhaul the WR one way or another. Probably hope Crabtree fall to them at 7 realistically. I think this is a good value pick for them here though. With the 39th pick of the 2009 Draft the Oakland Raiders select WR Kenny Britt of Rutgers |

The Green Bay Packers have just completed the steal of the draft (thus far).
After toying with the idea of taking Everette Brown in the first round, the Packers decided to go with DE Tyson Jackson because they felt that a quality pass rushing OLB would be available in the next round. With the 41st overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft the Green Bay Packers select: Aaron Maybin - OLB, Penn St ![]() Athletically, Maybin is a top 25 talent. But he has fallen this far because of concerns that he does not have a true position. He may not be big enough to play DE in a 43 and he may not be able to cover well enough to play OLB in a 43 either. So what do we do with him? We take his natural pass rushing skills and use him as a rush LB in a 34. He may be asked to play a little bit in coverage but his main responsibility will be to get to the QB, which he is very good at. Last edited by bah007; 03-11-2009 at 12:42 AM. |

Hell yeah, that's a no-brainer for the Packers. I can't believe he fell this far. I thought long and hard about taking him at 26 for Baltimore, but couldn't pass on Alphonso Smith. Honestly, if the Ravens had signed someone better than Foxworth, I probably would have pulled the trigger. No doubt the steal of the draft so far. Nice haul for the pack through 2 rounds. |
