These are the heights and weights of the starting DEs on every 4-3 team, according to NFL.com:

Arizona Cardinals: Antonio Smith, 6-4 285 and Travis LaBoy, 6-3 250
Atlanta Falcons: Jamaal Anderson, 6-6 282 and John Abraham, 6-4 263
Buffalo Bills: Chris Kelsay, 6-4 261 and Aaron Schobel, 6-4 243
Carolina Panthers: Tyler Brayton, 6-6 280 and Julius Peppers, 6-7, 283
Chicago Bears: Adewale Ogunleye, 6-4 260 and Alex Brown, 6-3 260
Cincinnati Bengals: Robert Geathers, 6-3 272 and Antwan Odom, 6-5 260
Denver Broncos: John Engelberger, 6-4 260 and Elvis Dumervil, 5-11 260
Detroit Lions: Jared DeVries, 6-4 275 and Dewayne White 6-2 273
Green Bay Packers: Aaron Kampman, 6-4 265 and Michael Montgomery, 6-5 273
Houston Texans: Anthony Weaver, 6-3 274 and Mario Williams, 6-6 283
Indianapolis Colts: Raheem Brock, 6-4 274 and Dwight Freeney, 6-1 268
Jacksonville Jaguars: Derrick Harvey, 6-5 271 and Reggie Hayward, 6-5 275
Kansas City Chiefs: Turk McBride, 6-2 278 and Tamba Hali, 6-3 275
Minnesota Vikings: Ron Edwards, 6-5 268 and Jared Allen, 6-6 270
New Orleans Saints: Charles Grant, 6-3 285 and Will Smith, 6-3 282
New York Giants: Justin Tuck, 6-5 274 and Mathias Kiwanuka, 6-5 265
Oakland Raiders: Jay Richardson, 6-6 280 and Derrick Burgess, 6-2 260
Philadelphia Eagles: Juqua Parker, 6-2 250 and Trent Cole, 6-3 260
Seattle Seahawks: Patrick Kerney, 6-5 272 and Darryl Tapp, 6-1 270
St. Louis Rams: Leonard Little, 6-3 263 and Chris Long, 6-3 263
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kevin Carter, 6-6 305 and Gaines Adams, 6-5 258
Tennessee Titans: Jevon Kearse, 6-4 265 and Kyle Vanden Bosch, 6-4 278
Washington Redskins: Demetric Evans, 6-4 287 and Andre Carter, 6-4 253

What all this means: There are quite a few players who are at an equal weight to Brown. Aaron Schobel is even 10 pounds lighter. If Brown adds 10 pounds, he's pretty much in the middle of the pack, but 10 pounds isn't really that much of a difference. He's about the same size as Gaines Adams, who was a top 5 pick in 2007. Let's see where he weighs in at the combine and the FSU pro day, then we can go from there.
