1. The Texans were required to start the franchise by having to:
A) Spend 40% of their cap figure on the expansion draft alone, or;
B) Select a minimum of 30 players in the expansion draft.

Either / or, put the Texans behind the 8-ball when it came to cap implications. So, please don't talk to us about cap issues.

2. What was your franchise's winning percentage in its first 7 seasons in the NFL?? A: .323. Texans have already eclipsed that.

3. During that time, the Titan's last playoff win was 2003. Oh boy, now that is impressive.
