In the spirit of "reading into statements". Just mentioned on the video feed that Kubiak called both QB's into his office this week and looking them said "each of you need to decide what kind of player you want to be"

.. but they didn't go much more into that thought process afterwards, especially with the Ravens scoring so quickly.
