Selling tickets at or near stadium

I've got a single ticket for tomorrow's game and it doesn't seem to be generating any interest here.

My question is: Is it breaking the law, breaking the law to sell/try to sell a ticket @ face value near Reliant? It doesn't seem like it would be scalping since it's a "face value" sale and I actually paid more for it than I'm asking in return. If not, where would be the best place to post up to attempt to turn it?

Yes. However, keep an eye out for "Need a ticket" signs in the parking lot (though they are not as common with the new tailgate passes).
