More than a week after a Texans fan fell to his death at Reliant Stadium, a man was injured during the Houston team’s season opener.

Both KTRK-Channel 13 and KPRC-Channel 2 reported on Sunday that a fan was hurt by a falling panel around an LED sign. The panel fell onto a Reliant seating area during the Texans’ game against the Dolphins, hitting a man.

Officials tell the stations that the man, who’s unidentified at this time, was taken to a hospital. KTRK says the injuries don’t appear to be life-threatening.

Truthfully, that came close to being a reality a few years ago. I was SICK of Titan fans pushing their way to the rail so I stood in the isle and refused to let them get by. I was told by the "yellow shirt" that if I didn't move he would have me arrested!! I ask him WHY they were allowed to bunch up by the rail but TEXAN fans were not!? He told me "this is the last time I'm telling you, MOVE!" I still get po'd when I think about that.
