Those were given to PSL owners......I like the beer bottle opener on them myself. I still have mine in the bag. I am going to use it one of these days......

I bought one of them for Jungle Bob at Academy years ago. So a version of the Texans apron is/was available for non-season ticket holders at one point in time.

Amazon.com has one for sale.

Actually, they were given to season ticket holders altogether, not just those high fafluting PSL types!
