Here's the Texans roof policy. I think body paint is still optional.

I got an e-mail from the Texans saying that the roof will be closed for the game with the Bears. On a day like this, I don't think they want a repeat of the stuff that went down during the Steelers game 2yrs ago.

Roof will be closed. The temperature is forcasted to be 86 degrees at gametime.
I wish they could open the roof later in the game when the temp drops, similar to what the Stros do.

It was still quite warm at game time last night, but the evening game temp and that noon Steeler game don't even begin to compare. Someone had said the open roof would give the Texans an advantage over the Steelers, yet after coming off the field they went over to climate controls and remained poised to take a victory by storm. The poor Texans fans suffered the most intense punishment that bordered on abuse.

OBTW, were there any vendors in the stands last night?
