I've picked against the Texans the first two games and it hasn't helped. This week

Texas 31, KC 24

DD and Carr avoid the multiple turnovers this time.

ahh, the ole reverse psychology trick, there may be an even greater evil at work but on behalf of Texans fans everywhere I except your apology and will now just move on. Two 0-2 teams struggling for respectability to salvage & turnaround their miserable sesaons. I predict a tie 27-27

With both defenses giving up too much and the entire Texans' squad not playing to their full potential.....I say...

Chiefs 48
Texans 34

I know that's unrealistic but so has everything else until now.

This is a complicated game. On the surface it looks like the Texans are just what the Chiefs need to see coming into town. The Texans probably look like the easy win to get things back on track that the Chiefs could use right about now.

The only way the Texans win this game is if the Chiefs really are expecting a team they can handle. Both teams are ticked off over their 0-2 start and I think the one that's the more angry over their performance so far is going to win this game. The Texans are in a familiar spot. They're underdogs who aren't supposed to win this game. The Chiefs are (despite being 0-2) also in a familiar spot. They're "the better team" in this scenario.

I'm looking for the upset.
Texans 27
Chiefs 23

Coin toss if Priest does play, but KC probably gets the edge due to playing in Arrowhead. If out, then Texans. Close game, 24-21. Inside the point spread (9.5)

K.C. defense is poor at best and while Arrowhead is traditionaly a difficult place to play I see the Texans putting it together for a big win. Texans 31 Chiefs 17

both teams are 0-2. the difference is that the Chefs lost to repsectable teams while we lost to 2 of the worst teams in the NFL.

0-2 .... big disappointment if they cant beat the chargers or lions i doubt they can beat anyone , . both those teams are horrible , the texans are just worse 0-16 would seem reasonable after those two losses . Lets hope they get it together

Talking TE's 3 Predictions

My predictions:

1) Somebody in the stands will throw a bunch of diapers into the air as soon as Larry Johnson takes the field.

2) Pitts will get at least 2 more penalties. (Who said the drive-dampening legacy of the great Don "Flags" Maggs was forgotten?)

3) Chiefs stink right now, but pride and home field will save them from the "Crisco Kids," Domanick Davis and Tony Hollings, who will each cough up the ball once. (Assuming Hollings can even get on the field.) Two bad defenses show America how run defense shouldn't be played.

Chiefs 26
Texans 24
