Cashing in on TDs
Texans offensive lineman Todd Washington and his wife, Shannon, will donate $100 to Crime Stoppers of Houston for each touchdown the Texans score this season. Crime Stoppers is a nonprofit organization that relies on the contributions of local residents and businesses.

Maybe Todd and Mrs. should have offered to pay 100 for every opposition TD, IMHO they wouldn't be spending as much...
