Default The bullhorns hand gesture

Is it a thing now?

I saw a lady a couple rows in front of me do it at the Saints game and usually by the time a trend gets to her it's all but played out.

I saw a couple of fans doing it when I went to JerryWorld for the pre-season game, but I'm not sure if it's a trend.
