No one anywhere near 30. Even 25 carries in a season was a stretch for the all time greats.
You don't ever want your RB too carry the ball 30 times in any game. but it's nice to know that he can, if he has too, and sometimes, he has too.

I would bet money, that everyone on your list(lists) has carried the rock 30 times or more, on more than one occasion.
