Mel Kiper reports that rumors are circling that Cincy is targeting Jar Jar Binks in the Draft. with JJ on board it gives the franchise some credibility and dispells any rumors (with the fans) that they ARE trying to win and compete in the NFL after years of being bottom feeders...
