So the point I am saying is that if you have season tickets right now in a non-psl seat....... those seats are YOURS until you choose NOT to have them

No, like I was saying earlier, is that the Texans are planning to make ALL seats in the stadium PSL's if they have 2 winning seasons, from what I have heard from a senior official in the Texans.
So if you currently own a non psl seat now and the Texans convert those non psl seats to psl seats then the season ticket holder will be given the option to purchase the psl and then the season tickets. If the season ticket holder does not want to purchase the psl, they will lose there season tickets.
