They are my own recipe baseD on the way I feel about them. At home, I take a crappy, no excuse for meat, and beat the living crap out of it in front of everybody (19-10)and throw it in some tenderizing sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After that (at home again), I beat 'em again (18-0) and throw it on the fire.
They are not so tough after that.
