Just remember, print out the official Texans e-mail and/or the webpage. When you get to the bank, they will have no idea what is going on. Common mistakes from last year alone:
That the tickets are FREE
That you are entitled to 8 per person per session
You DO NOT have to fill out any loan applications or other forms (last year if you filled out a form inviting spam you got a Mario Williams shirt)
