Coleman will actually be paid a little over the franchise number for a FS this year--$4.3 mil vs. $4.1. Because of that, franchising him would cost 20% over his current salary, or about $5.2. Due to Winfield receiving a $10 mil roster bonus unstead of a signing bonus, the franchise number for CB's is now about $8.8 mil.
