This team does need some changes but it is not as far off as you all think. The two lines need a little help, but on offense they are finally run blocking, so maybe a little more time and the pass blocking will come. A couple new guys wouldnt hurt. The Dline needs some help, and a rookie can play right away on the line because there arent really any new techniques or anything they have to adjust to in the NFL. Plus, Payne is playing well again. Linebackers, they need someone in the middle, and maybe Wong will be able to slide over there. They have Peek and Babin on the outside which is fine. DB's are pretty good, maybe another CB or a hard hitting safety. Receivers, they dont really need much. They have three, Johnson Gaffney and Armstrong. Running back needs some help but we all know that. This team is not far off in terms of talent, they just need to execute and the coaches need to let them loose. They need to take chances on offense, and teach carr how to beat a cover 2. They need to let the defense play, get rid of all the zone, trust the CBs and let the LBs blitz (and some cornerback/saftey blitzes). They arent in as bad of shape as everyone thinks
