you need to surround him with talent. peyton didnt become this good because of talent alone. colts management gave him edge, and o-linemen. if you surround carr with great tools early, youll se his confidence skyrocket, and maybe he wouldnt be audibleing to runs late in the game instead of passing.
DD is a good back but i think carr makes him more than they feed off each other.
