He basically is saying that he used to like the Bengals and Titans because Jon Kitna and Mike Green played for those teams and they were on the Barcelona Dragons of NFLE. Many in 2002 The Texans became his favorite team and many wondered why since the team didn't have any tradition or big named stars on the team. That he chose the Texans as his team for the contrary of that because they were a young team with a whole new beginning. Many times because of the youthfulness of the team noone took the Texans seriously. It didn't cost him anything to lose with the Texans. But for the Texans it cost 3 seasons before they became a competitive ball club(they were always competitive but it never showed because they lost). Finally on 11-03-04 it looks like my team is finally on the good path.

After beating the Jags 20-6 the Texans are now tied with the Colts in the division. The reason for this is becuase the nucleus of young players on the team. David Carr is playing the best he has played since he entered the NFL. Andre Johnson is playing at his highest already having 665 yards receiving with 4 TDs where as his rookie season he had 976yds and 4TDs total. Along with Corey Bradford and Jabar Gaffney and Derrick Armstrong who used to be nothing more than a reserve receiver, Houston has a WR group that is like a big army.

The mentality has changed for this team. Before they were looked at as an expansion team, now they are a young franchise. Before Carr was a QB with promise, now he is one of the better QBs in the league. Before the defense was a joke, now it is first in the league with 11 INTs. Dunta Robinson is looking better every game, Marcus Coleman has made the adjustment to safety, and Babin is improving the Texan pass rush.

Everyone in Houston believes in the possibilities for this team but others around the nation aren't ready to give them that respect. With the win over the Jags, teams around the league know they can't look at the Texans as a bye week anymore. You have to play 100% against the Texans because the Texans wont excuse themselves from beating you.

And as far as fantasy football goes, he is glad he put Hasslebeck as the reserve and gave the start to Carr.

That is the best I can do. Hope it works for yall.
